No eversion AROM x6 weeks; no resistance to eversion x8 weeks; no running x12 weeks; no aquatic swimming x8-10 weeks

Timeline & Phases

4 phases: Phase I (0-6 wks, NWB cast, AROM all planes except eversion), Phase II (6-8 wks, PWB-WBAT CAM boot with arch support), Phase III (8-12 wks, FWB supportive shoes, initiate eversion resistance), Phase IV (12-18 wks, plyometrics and return to sport)
