Key Restrictions

PROM only wks 0-2 (0-40°); no active knee extension 40-70°; no repetitive closed chain knee flexion 40-70°; brace locked at 0° for ambulation

Timeline & Phases

Phase I (Wks 0-6), Phase II (Wks 6-12), Phase III (Wks 12-24), Phase IV (24+ wks advanced strengthening), Phase V (9-12 months early RTS), Phase VI (12 months unrestricted)
