Knee immobilizer in full extension x 6 wks; PROM 0-90° x 2 wks, 0-120° by wk 6; no active knee flexion x 8 wks; no hamstring strengthening x 14 wks; avoid hyperextension; avoid tibial external rotation x 4 months

6 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-6 wks), Protected Motion (6-12 wks), Motion and Muscle Activation (12-18 wks), Advanced Strengthening (18-24+ wks), Advanced Movement (6+ months). Level 1 testing ~6 months, Level 2 ~10 months
