- LROM brace locked at 0 deg for sleeping and walking; no flex past 90 deg x 6 wks; no pillows under knee; BFR therapy starting 6 days post-op; hamstring autograft: may need to delay HS isometrics

- 7 time-based phases: 1-4 days, 4-14 days, 2-6 wks, 6-8 wks, 8-12 wks, 12-16 wks, 16-20+ wks
