Drop lock brace x 6 wks; OKC knee extension 90-45° starting at 4 wks (progress 10°/wk); no impact until full ROM and adequate strength; BFR training recommended
Timeline & Phases
5 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-3 wks), Early Rehabilitation (3-6 wks), Controlled Ambulation and Strengthening (6-16 wks), Advanced Strengthening and Power (16-24+ wks), Advanced Movement (16+ months). Level 1 RTP at 4 months, Level 2 at 7+ months. Total 6-12 months
