- TTWB (25%) x 2 wks; 50% WB wks 2-6; FWB after 6 wks; D/C crutches Phase 2

- Brace 0-90 deg x 6 wks (unlocked at all times after nerve block resolves); no forced flex x 6 wks; hamstring autograft: delay HS strengthening x 12 wks, heel slides to 90 only; running at 12 wks BPTB, 16 wks hamstring

- 4 phases: Phase 1 (0-6 wks), Phase 2 (6-10 wks), Phase 3 (10-16 wks), Phase 4 (16+ wks)
