Timeline & Phases
Phase I: 0-2 wks (TTWB, brace locked, ROM 0-90, quad/ham sets, SLR); Phase II: 2-4 wks (TTWB, brace locked, ROM as tolerated — goal 0-125 by wk 6); Phase III: 4-6 wks (PWB to FWB, stationary bike, closed chain, balance); Phase IV: 6-8 wks (FWB, unlock then wean brace by wk 8); Phase V: 8-16 wks (advance CKC, Stairmaster/elliptical, running at 12 wks); Phase VI: 4-6 months (gradual RTS)
