Initially brace locked with crutches; WBAT when pain/effusion-free with proper gait; allograft/HS autograft PWB x6 weeks

Key Restrictions

No pivot on surgical side; brace until 6 wks per MD; allograft/HS autograft conservative WB x6 wks; more conservative if concomitant meniscus repair

Timeline & Phases

Phase I (Wks 0-2), Phase II (Wks 3-5), Phase III (Wks 6-8), Phase IV (Wks 9-12 transitional), Phase V (Months 3-5 early RTS), Phase VI (Months 6+ unrestricted)
