Phase I (day 1-week 6): NWB, AROM, stationary bike from 2-3 wks (heel on pedal), pool NWB; Phase II (6-12 wks): WBAT, Theraband strengthening, elliptical, double/single leg BAPS; Phase III (3-4 months): walk 2 miles; Phase III (4-6 months): return to all activities, running progression
