Timeline & Phases
Phase 1 (days 1-7): NWB, pain management, safe transfers, hip/knee PROM/AAROM/AROM, isometrics, balance; Phase 2 (days 8-21): pain management; Phase 3 (day 22+): progressive WB per MD, functional balance, avoid impact, bracing (UCB orthosis), scar mobility ~6 weeks, full LE ROM, LE strengthening (glutes/calves), return to pre-op function; no impact until 8 weeks

Pediatric; indication is plano-valgus foot deformity with midfoot break and talo-navicular subluxation; calcaneal osteotomy between anterior and middle facets with tricortical iliac crest allograft/donor graft; internal fixation if needed; UCB orthosis 1 year post-op; Children's Colorado CGMA
