Timeline & Phases
Phase 1 (0-2 wks): optional volar wrist splint, elevation, finger AROM; Phase 2 (2-6 wks): median nerve glides, soft tissue mobilization, scar management, desensitization; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): progressive UE strengthening, continued nerve glides, address posture/movement patterns
Notes
Splint use at surgeon discretion; padded glove or sleeve for comfort; median nerve glides; posture and nerve compression/traction education
