- CPM 8-12 hrs/day up to 6 wks; PROM 0-60° initially; no impact until 12 wks

- Phase I (0-4 wks): NWB, CPM, PROM 0-60°; Phase II (4-8 wks): partial WB, PROM 0-90°; Phase III (8-12 wks): FWB, closed chain; Phase IV (12-16 wks): low-impact activity; Phase V (4-6 mo): low-impact sports; Phase VI (6-8 mo): higher-impact sports; Phase VII (8-10 mo): high-impact sports; return to all sports 12-18 mo

- Specifically for patellofemoral lesions (vs tibiofemoral). Initial ROM restricted to 0-60° rather than 0-90°.
