- NWB x 3 weeks in short leg cast; WBAT weeks 4-6; healing 6-8 weeks

- No impact until 8 weeks post-op

- Phase 1 (days 1-7): NWB, pain management, safe transfers, hip/knee PROM/AAROM/AROM, isometrics, balance; Phase 2 (days 8-21): pain management; Phase 3 (day 22+): progressive WB per MD, functional balance, avoid impact/torque, bracing assessment, scar mobility ~6 weeks, full LE ROM, LE strengthening (glutes/calves), return to pre-op function
