- Either WBAT or TTWB with walker (depends on fracture and fixation type)
- Key Restrictions
- No hip flex past 90 deg; no crossing legs; no twisting hip inwards (keep knees/toes up); avoid prolonged standing/walking x 7-10 days; avoid long sitting/travel x 2 wks; aspirin 325mg daily x 4 wks for DVT prophylaxis

- Not phased; post-op instructions format; exercises begin 24 hrs post-op; formal PT begins day of surgery

- This is a post-op instructions document rather than a formal phased rehab protocol; includes wound care, medication, and emergency contact guidance; sedentary work return 5-7 days if pain tolerable
