Timeline & Phases
Phase I (surgery to 3 wks: protection, CPM + bike ROM, gait training) -> Phase II (4-10 wks: progressive strengthening, wean crutches by wks 9-10) -> Phase III (~12 wks+: non-impact strengthening, balance, closed-chain abductor work)
