No active abduction or IR; no passive ER x 4 weeks; no passive adduction x 6 weeks; no running until 12+ weeks; CPM 2 hrs/day x 4 weeks; brace until 8-12 weeks

0-4 wks: TTWB, CPM, bike ROM, hip isometrics, hamstring isotonics; 4-8 wks: TTWB→FWB with crutches by wk 8, progress ROM/strengthening, supine bridges; 8-12 wks: WBAT, wean crutches/brace, elliptical, LE strengthening, balance/proprioception; 12+ wks: hip hiking, treadmill running, sport-specific agility drills
