Phase I (0-2 wks): AAROM 0-45°, PWB; Phase II (2-4 wks): AAROM 0-45°; Phase III (4-6 wks): AAROM 0-60°; Phase IV (labeled V, 6-8 wks): AAROM 0-90°, WBAT; Phase V (6-8 wks): AROM 0-110°; Phase VI (8-12 wks): normal gait; Phase VII (3-4 months): full ROM, D/C ROM brace; Phase VIII (4-6 months): run 2 miles; Phase IX (6-9 months): return to sport
