Drop lock brace x 6 wks; avoid knee valgus and rotation stress x 6 wks; CKC limited to 70° x 16 wks; no isolated hamstring strengthening x 12 wks; PROM 0-90° by wk 2, 0-130° by wk 6
Timeline & Phases
5 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-6 wks), Early Rehabilitation (6-12 wks), Controlled Ambulation and Strengthening (12-20 wks), Advanced Strengthening and Power (20-24+ wks), Advanced Movement (24+ wks). Level 1 at 20 wks. Total 6-12 months
