Hinged brace locked x 6 wks; no active knee flexion x 3 wks; PROM 45° by wk 3, 90° by wk 4, full by wks 10-12; no hamstring activation x 12 wks; no running x 24 wks; no full-depth CKC x 6 months

6 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-3 wks), Protected Motion (3-6 wks), Motion and Muscle Activation (6-12 wks), Advanced Strengthening (12-24 wks), Advanced Movement and Impact (6+ months). Total 16-24 wks to discharge
