- Brace locked at 0 deg for sleeping; unlocked 0-90 when NWB and awake; no squatting <90 deg x 3 months; no active hamstring curls against gravity x 3 months; no resisted lateral movement x 3 months; no stationary biking Phase I; avoid pivoting

- 4 phases: Phase I (0-6 wks), Phase II (6-12 wks), Phase III (12-16 wks), Phase IV (16+ wks)
- Notes
- Same surgeon as hip labral repair protocol in database; conservative approach to hamstring loading (3 months vs 8-12 wks elsewhere); light jogging at 12-16 wks if pain-free
