FC lesions: TTWB (20-30%) x6-8 wks; PTG lesions: PWB (50%) x2 wks then WBAT; FWB Phase II
Key Restrictions
No impact exercises; avoid pivoting; no stair-master; no open chain knee extension for PTG lesions
Timeline & Phases
Phase I (Wks 0-8 protection), Phase II (Wks 8-12 progressive loading), Phase III (Wks 12-16 remodeling), Phase IV (Wks 16+ maturation)
Notes
Return to sport 6-12 months depending on lesion size/location
