Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-6 wks): locked brace, progressive ROM per week, medial patellar glides; Phase II (6-12 wks): wean brace, full ROM; Phase III (12+ wks): strengthening, extension arc 0-30°; Phase IV: jogging progression; return to sport 4+ months
Notes
Combines MPFL reconstruction with concomitant tibial tubercle transfer (TTT). ROM progressed gradually each week in Phase I.
