Timeline & Phases
5 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Protected Motion (0-6 wks), Muscle Activation (6-12 wks), Advanced Strengthening and Eccentric Control (12-16 wks), Advanced Movement and Impact (4-7 months). Level 1 testing at 16 wks, Level 2 at 6-7 months. Total ~7 months
