TTWB x6 weeks; brace locked 0° for ambulation x6 weeks; graduated ROM (0-90° wks 1-2, 0-110° wks 3-4, 0-130° wks 5-6); no OKC exercises x6 weeks; avoid loading in deep knee flexion; no impact until 12 weeks; squats/lunges to 60° or less in Phase II
Timeline & Phases
3 phases: Phase I (0-6 wks, TTWB brace locked, graduated ROM, bike no resistance wk 3-4, pool at 3-4 wks if incisions closed), Phase II (6-12 wks, 25% WB/wk to full, CKC, single leg stance 15 sec goal), Phase III (12-18 wks, deep squats/lunges, single leg exercises, run/walk progression, double leg jumps near end of phase)
