Per surgeon order by procedure: Microfracture femoral/tibial TTWB x 6-8 wks; OATS NWB 0-2 wks then PWB; ACI femoral TTWB x 6 wks; ACI patellofemoral TTWB x 2 wks

WB and bracing per surgeon order; ROM restrictions per procedure and defect location; no impact x 24+ wks; no running x 24-28 wks; full ROM expected by wks 10-12
Timeline & Phases
6 phases: Maximum Protection (0-2 wks), Early Protected Motion (2-6 wks), Early-Intermediate Motion and Activation (6-10 wks), Intermediate Strength and ADL (10-16 wks), Advanced Strengthening (4-6 months), Advanced Movement and Impact (6-8 months). Level 1 at 24 wks. Approx: OATS 6.5-7 months, Microfracture 8-17 months, ACI 18-25 months
