- TDWB with crutches x 8 wks; then WBAT
- Key Restrictions
- TDWB x 8 wks; hinged or unloader brace; Phase I: high volume/low load (2-3x/day, high reps, minimal resistance); CKC squat limited to 0-60° ROM in Phase II; Biodex <25% deficit before impact
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (0-8 wks: TDWB, brace, quad/NWB exercises, high-volume low-load) -> Phase II (8-12 wks: normalize gait, CKC 0-60°, bike/elliptical) -> Phase III (12-18 wks: low-amp impact at ~14-15 wks; Biodex <20%) -> Phase IV (18-24 wks: multi-planar, RTS)
