- PWB x 4 weeks; WBAT ~Phase III (4-6 wks, D/C crutches when gait WNL)

- PWB x 4 weeks; running criteria include 3x20 heel raises, LE strength 90% contralateral, pain-free 2-mile walk, no post-exercise swelling
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (1-14 days): pain management, PWB; Phase II (2-4 wks): full DF/PF AROM; Phase III (4-6 wks): 10 single leg heel raises, WBAT; Phase IV (4-6 wks): 45 min low-impact cardio 5x/week, strength 90% noninvolved; Phase IV (12-16 wks): run 1 mile at 12 min/mile pace, agility/plyometrics
