Immobilization period per physician; avoid OKC 10-0° and 90-50° until stable; patellofemoral brace recommended; avoid OKC >90° and CKC full range until adequate strength; healing timeline 10-16 weeks

Timeline & Phases

5 phases: Acute (1-6 wks per immobilization), Intermediate (4-9 wks), Advanced (7-12 wks), Return to Performance (10-16 wks), Return to Full Activity. Total 10-16 weeks
