Timeline & Phases
6 phases: Patient Education (pre-op), Maximum Protection (0-4 wks), Protected Motion (4-8 wks), Motion and Muscle Activation (8-12 wks), Advanced Strengthening (12-20+ wks), Advanced Movement and Impact (20+ wks). Level 1 at 5 months, Level 2 at 8 months. Total 9-12 months
