No ankle inversion/PF x2 weeks; no resistance ankle strengthening x6 weeks; no passive stretching into inversion/PF; no plyometric training x10 weeks; no running x12 weeks

4 phases: Phase I (0-4 wks, NWB splint then CAM boot), Phase II (4-6 wks, PWB-WBAT CAM boot with crutches), Phase III (6-8 wks, FWB supportive shoes, initiate ankle strength), Phase IV (8-12 wks, single leg balance, agility, plyometrics)
