Phase 1: 0-6 wks (PROM only, sling w/ abduction pillow); Phase 2: 6-12 wks (AROM, full PROM by wk 12); Phase 3: 12 wks - 6 months (strengthening, progressive weight limits); Phase 4: 25+ wks (full return to work/sport)
