If distal clavicle excision performed: no horizontal adduction for 8 weeks; sling for comfort only 0-2 wks
Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-4 wks): PROM + sling comfort only -> Phase II (4-8 wks): advance isometrics to Therabands/dumbbells -> Phase III (8-12 wks): advance strengthening, full activity after 12 wks
Notes
