Phase 1 (0-2 wks): volar wrist splint, finger/elbow AROM; Phase 2 (2-6 wks): wrist orthosis full time, wrist 4-way/forearm AROM, AAROM, dexterity; may remove orthosis for light self-care and seated activities from week 4; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): wean orthosis, progressive wrist strengthening, AAROM/PROM
Notes
Simpler protocol than TFCC peripheral repair; no immobilization beyond wrist orthosis; may transition to compression sleeve/wrist wrap during orthosis weaning; scar management as needed
