WBAT; walker/crutches/cane until cleared by MD/PT; goal: no assistive device by 6 wks
Key Restrictions
ROM goals: 0-90° by 2 wks, 0-100° by 6 wks, 0-120° by 12 wks; compression stockings 2 wks; driving cleared by MD usually 4-6 wks; ice 3-4x/day 15-20 min; change knee position ≥1x/hr when awake

0-2 wks (ROM 0-90°, WBAT), 2-6 wks (ROM 0-100°, CKC, bike), 6-12 wks (ROM 0-120°, single-leg exercises, stairs), 12+ wks (return to activities)
