- 0-10 days (splint), 10 days-6 wks (hinged brace, AROM), 6 wks-3 months (no valgus stress), 3-4 months (arc toss 20-30 ft), 5-6 months (arc toss 60 ft), 7-8 months (straight line 25-50% velocity), 9-10 months (75% velocity), 11-12 months (competitive pitching at 1 year)
