- Per graft type: BPTB WBAT; Hamstring PWB initially; Allograft more conservative; meniscal recon: avoid WB >45 deg flex x 4 wks, limit to 90 deg wks 4-8

- BPTB: increased anterior knee pain with kneeling; Hamstring: no resisted hamstring x 12 wks; Allograft: slightly increased graft failure risk; locked hinged brace post-op; meniscal recon specific WB/ROM restrictions
