If meniscal repair: brace locked at 0 deg until week 5; no loaded knee flexion >45 deg until week 5; no loaded >90 deg until week 8; graft protection per surgeon
Timeline & Phases
Week 1: AROM/PROM 0-90 deg, quad sets, SLR; Week 2: flexion >110 deg, gait without crutches; Wks 3-5: flexion within 10 deg of contralateral, quad 4+/5; Wks 6-8: full ROM, begin running progression; Wks 9-12: hop tests >85%, agility; Wks 13-RTS: all hop tests >90%, Modified SEBT symmetry; 4-6-12 month follow-up functional testing
