- Sling x 2-4 wks per surgeon; no active shoulder motion x 4 wks; no lifting with operative arm
- Key Restrictions
- No active shoulder motion x 4 wks; no lifting/carrying with operative arm; no WB through operative arm; sling during sleep Phase I; PROM FF and ABD ≤90 deg Phase I; ROM progression guided by radiographic evidence; no overhead lifting until healing confirmed

- 3 phases: Phase I (wks 0-4, sling, PROM ≤90, scapular exercises, elbow/wrist/hand AROM), Phase II (wks 4-8, AAROM progressing to AROM, begin isometrics per radiographic healing), Phase III (wk 8+, progressive strengthening, return to sport/function)
