Timeline & Phases
Phase 1 (0-2 wks): postop elbow splint, elevation, finger AROM; Phase 2 (2-6 wks): ulnar nerve glides, scar management, AROM elbow/wrist/forearm, desensitization; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): progressive UE strengthening, intrinsic strengthening, scapular stabilization, rotator cuff strengthening

Ulnar nerve glides throughout; padded elbow sleeve; intrinsic and dexterity emphasis; address compensatory posture patterns
