Acute Phase (0-1 wks): protect, control inflammation, restore ROM, return to walking; Sub-Acute Phase (1+ wks): hamstring strength, light jogging, eccentric progression; Remodeling Phase (2+ wks): end-range eccentrics, sprint stages 2-3; RTS Phase: hop testing, Askling H-Test, LSI within 10%; 4-12 weeks total
