- No ER past neutral 21 days; no hip extension past neutral 17 days; no hip flexion >90° 14 days; CPM 6-8 hrs/day x 4 wks; no isometric or resisted hip flexion Phase I
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I (0-6 wks): FFWB x 3 wks, 50% WB wk 4, CPM, PROM within ROM guidelines, core stabilization; Phase II (6-12 wks): FWB, full ROM, elliptical, leg press, dynamic stability; Phase III (12-24 wks): sports agility wk 12, plyometrics, running after wk 16; RTS per surgeon

- Covers acetabuloplasty, femoral osteochondroplasty, and labral repair for FAI (Cam, Pincer, or Combined). WB restrictions individualized per post-op checklist.
