Phase I (Acute): WBAT, quad sets, SLR, heel slides, half squats, stationary bike; Phase II (Internal): FWB, cardio equipment (stairmaster/elliptical/treadmill/bike), lunges, leg press, step ups, knee extensions 90-40 deg, proprioception; Phase III (Advanced): plyometrics, running/agility program, sport-specific drills; Discharge: non-antalgic gait, pain-free full ROM, LE strength >=4+/5, resolved edema
