- Full ROM immediately; no brace required; full ROM allowed active flexion immediately; ice/compression/elevation initially; no formal restrictions

- 4 phases: Phase I (1-3 wks with stages day 1-10 and wks 2-4), Phase II Moderate Protection (5-8 wks), Phase III Controlled Activity (8-10 wks), Phase IV Return to Activity (wk 10+)
