Wks 1-2: TTWB brace locked, PROM 0-90 deg, no active flexion; Wks 3-6: TTWB, SLR, patellar mob; Wk 7: advance ROM no limits, bike, hamstring activation; Wk 8: AAROM, leg press 0-70 deg; Wk 9: WBAT, D/C crutches; Wk 10: mini-squats 0-60, step ups, leg press 0-90; Wk 11: DC brace, retro treadmill, 8-in step ups; Wk 12: running if LSI>70%/hop>70%; Wks 12-22: sport-specific progression; 6-12 months: return to sport (quad >90%, hop >90%); 1-year MD visit
