- Key Restrictions
- No lifting/pushing/pulling; no resistance strengthening until 6 weeks; wrist neutral orthosis (WHO) full time until acute surgical pain subsides (2-4 weeks)
- Timeline & Phases
- Phase 1 (0-2 wks): posterior long arm elbow/wrist splint; Phase 2 (2-6 wks): wrist neutral WHO, wrist 4-way/forearm AROM, elbow AROM, ulnar nerve glides, scapular stabilization, imagery; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): wean WHO, progressive wrist/forearm and grip strengthening, nerve glides, low-level RTS activities

- Wrist neutral orthosis (not extension-biased); ulnar nerve glides in Phase 2; earlier WHO weaning than with-repair protocol; scapular stabilization; low-level RTS per symptoms in Phase 3
