Timeline & Phases
Phase 1 (0-2 wks): posterior long arm elbow/wrist splint; Phase 1b (2-4 wks): wrist neutral WHO, elbow AROM; Phase 2 (4-6 wks): continue WHO, wrist 4-way/forearm AROM, ulnar nerve glides, scapular stabilization, imagery for RTS; Phase 3 (6-12 wks): wean WHO, progressive wrist/forearm and grip strengthening, ulnar nerve glides, low-level RTS activities

Wrist neutral orthosis (not extension-biased like lateral epicondyle); ulnar nerve glides; scapular stabilization (prone horizontal ABD, full can, serratus wall slides); wrist orthosis at night for relative rest/positioning; low-level RTS in Phase 3
