- 25% WB with crutches x 6 wks; gradual transition to FWB over 2 wks at wk 6-8
- Key Restrictions
- Brace 0-90 deg for ambulation and sleeping; passive flex limited to 90 deg x 6 wks; no pivoting/twisting/hopping/jumping/running until cleared; single leg exercises after 8 wks; plyometrics at 10 wks

- 4 phases: Phase 1 (0-2 wks), Phase 2 (2-6 wks), Phase 3 (6-12 wks), Phase 4 (12+ wks)
- Notes
- .edu site; root repair-specific (more conservative than standard meniscus repair); Russian stim for quad recruitment; aquatic therapy with MD clearance; slide board after 10 wks
