- Timeline & Phases
- Phase I: 0-6 wks (TTWB to 50% PWB, brace locked then unlocked, ROM progressing to full by wks 4-6); Phase II: 6-12 wks (WBAT, wean brace, full AROM, leg press 0-90, stationary bike); Phase III: 12-16 wks (FWB, jogging, plyometrics, sport-specific); Phase IV: 4-6 months (gradual RTS)
