Root/radial: no resisted isotonic hamstring x 8 wks; TROM immobilizer x 10-14 days (root); ROM 0-90 wks 0-2, full PROM by wk 4; symmetrical ext by wk 4 or contact surgeon; medial unloader brace x 12 months often encouraged
