Key Restrictions
NWB x 6 wks; brace locked for all WB activities; no open chain hamstring strengthening (through Phase III); no hamstring stretching; no bike (Phase II); PROM only with posterior support for PCL; no forced hyperextension; impact requires >=80% strength (SL press or Biodex)
Timeline & Phases
Phase I (0-8 wks: NWB to PWB, locked brace, PROM, quad activation) -> Phase II (8+ wks: normalize gait, unlock brace wks 8-12, CKC <=60°) -> Phase III (~16 wks: SL control, quad OKC/CKC, no hamstring OKC) -> Phase IV (24-28 wks: impact >=80% strength, multi-planar, RTS)
